/etc/ssh/sshd_config :
AllowTcpForwarding yes
之后重启sshd服务即可。
/etc/init.d/sshd restart ，或者：
/etc/rc.d/init.d/sshd restart
注意：注释的选项不用修改，将AllowTcpForwarding 置为yes
