It is blocked by a new feature in macOS High Sierra. In macOS 10.13, it requires user approval before loading new third-party kernel extensions.
So you have to open System Preferences -> Security & Privacy to click the “Allow” button.
The action is also required while you install the VMTools in a macOS 10.13 VM.

对于：
VMware Fusion 安装过程中，出现”system software from developer “vmware, inc.” was blocked from loading”，但是点击 Allow 无效果。

在威锋找到解决方案：
1，打开偏好设置，选择键盘——快捷键——选择下方“所有控制”
2，回到安全与隐私，先解锁，然后用 tab 键控制光标移到允许按键上，用空格确认。

居然会搞出这种坑人的 bug ……
