在ubuntu虚拟机下尝试安装octave，添加源之后报错
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:octave/stable错误信息提示如下：
The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/octave/stable/ubuntu bionic Release' does not have a Release file.
解决方案：
这是因为确实没有发行文件。移除PPA就不会再报错
sudo apt-add-repository -r ppa:octave/stable
