To solve the issue, open the configuration for the connection and navigate to SSH -> Kex. In the “Algorithm selection policy”, move the “Diffie-Hellman group 14” entry to the first position in the list.

解决这个问题，只需要打开putty的 configuration 在connecttion->SSH->kex中，将 “Algorithm selection policy” 中的 “Diffie-Hellman group 14” 提到列表的第一位。重新输入网址即可。
