如上所述支持的协议和cipher suite都有了,比对发现服务器支持的cipher suite客户端不支持,DHE-RSA-AES256-SHA对应的是TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
3. Google后发现http://stackoverflow.com/questions/30350120/sslhandshakeexception-while-connecting-to-a-https-site/30370530#30370530的回复可以解决我的问题,实际上还是美国政府给找的麻烦,最后从http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/downloads/jce8-download-2133166.html下载jce文件替换系统中相应文件即解决了
