③或报错：

conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud//pytorch/
conda config --add channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/
# conda config --set show_channel_urls yes
# conda config --show-sources

移除源

conda config --remove channels https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/cloud/conda-forge/

设置完成后再重新创建虚拟环境：

conda create -n py36new python==3.6
