查了一下很多人都是加一句：

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
        maven { url "https://google.com" }//这句
    }
}

但是我加了还是没用，试了一下换成：

allprojects {
    repositories {
        google()
        jcenter()
        maven { url "https://jitpack.io" }//这句
    }
}

然后检查一下网络，就好了
