检查了一下项目的工程结构，发现lib目录下也有相对于的jar包，但是输入url的路径的时候还是报404找不到文件

解决方法：

不加 / 访问双级目录的时候，必定会报404。

正确格式

        <property name="suffix" value=".jsp"></property>
    </bean>

区分正斜杠和反斜杠：汉字 “八” ，左边是正斜杠，右边是反斜杠。左正右反要记牢。

再次尝试，成功跳转到页面
