k8s 需要安装网络插件后，节点状态才能变为 Ready ，一般的安装文档中，包括官网均是通过 wget 获取 kube-flannel.yml。

kubectl apply -f kube-flannel.yml

但上述地址会有连接失败的问题，处理此问题有以下几种方法

配置网络翻墙访问
到github上找到对应的flannel配置文件
手动创建kube-flannel.yml
