网上说的大部分原因是：启动类没有添加扫描mapper包的注解@MapperScan，可是检查自己的启动类，发现有添加呀！

原来是在整行复制 mapper 包路径后，忘记把 package 和 ；去掉了。

总结：开发过程中出现报错时，编译器没有语法高亮提示的地方，要着重检查！
