再来看安装到setting up the package cache卡住或者preparing transaction卡住。
对于后者而言，一般是没有用管理员权限打开安装包，所以导致无法写进系统文件而卡住。这时候我们打开任务管理器结束安装进程，再次安装即可。
如果是前者，一般而言是python的版本号不对，根据上方网址安装正确的python。打开details卡到py38这个选项是正常的，因为需要从国外服务器下载python3.8.5，如果打开vpn可能会快一点。接着又会卡到working 选项。一般二次安装都会卡几分钟左右，因为需要更改以前的安装信息。只需要等待5分钟左右即可。
