如果出现以下多种错误：
AttributeError: module ‘cv2’ has no attribute ‘version’
AttributeError: module ‘cv2’ has no attribute ‘INTER_AREA’
AttributeError: module ‘cv2’ has no attribute…

我说的是多种错误，不是指其中一个，那么原因就是少了：
opencv_contrib_python

通过pip安装命令安装即可：

pip install opencv_contrib_python -i 镜像源

如果出现http、https错误，超时time out等等，都是因为网速问题，建议换个镜像源或者换个时间再试试
