非常离谱的错误，导致无法React项目无法创建成功，反复试了几次都是如此给我整吐了。。。。网上搜了很多资料输入各种指令下载各种npm包试图修复，试了各种方法最终都无济于事，啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊快疯了，就差卸载重装了，最后在查找各路解决方案后发现了这个万恶之源！！！

在C盘User找到 .npmrc 文件
然后 狠狠删掉！

这个文件是系统默认隐藏的文件需要显示后查看
