故障问题：openstack-nova-scheduler/conductor 开启失败

解决方法：

1.检查 rabbitmq 是否还在线，检查端口
最好重启一下
2. 安装nova组件之前需要安装 ===》Openstack Placement组件，openstack-nova-scheduler/conductor 开启就会成功

我是没有安装 Placement组件出的问题,安装之后启动成功
