解决办法：权限变成600

chmod 0600 /etc/ssh/ssh_host_rsa_key
chmod 0600 /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ecdsa_key
chmod 0600 /etc/ssh/ssh_host_ed25519_key

然后sshd -t验证一下
