确保内存在4G以上

解决流程：

vim /etc/profile
# 将以下内容添加到配置文件末尾
export LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8
export LC_ALL=en_US.UTF-8
# 重读环境变量
[root@localhost src]# source /etc/profile
# 重新加载
[root@localhost src]# gitlab-ctl reconfigure
